John that tear looks like one that is being sold and built by RW Johnson.
His new ones in his catalog are or were around 3000USD.

This is from his website: PRICE AS LISTED ABOVE $2,795.00
F.O.B. AUBURN, CA. I know for a fact his prices had gone up a bit.. if I remember he stated 3100USD.
