no one has been in it for over 20 years. I think it is haunted. it is in very good shape and would make an excellent project.
I know very little about it and will answer what questions I can.
12' by 6.5'. I have pictures. $300.00

very cool looking little trailer. You shouldnt have to worry about that sticking around too long..... but.... what if the spirits stay and find another structure on the property to haunt? j/k
