Hello,
I am looking for a teardrop trailer to camp in or tinker with before I deploy to Afghanistan. We currently have a 1975 Airstream, but are looking for a teardrop to conserve gas. I have some Army training in June and more training in July, but I will have the time to get around and pick it up. Since I will be on training away from home, I can be reached by cell phone at 636-443-9652 (Leave a message and I will get back to you). I would prefer that the trailer be in towable shape.
Hope someone has something out there that they don't use anymore.

How much are you willing to pay for this teardrop or are you looking for a freebe? Where do you live? I may still have one available. It's listed in this section.

I am in St. Louis, MO. I saw the one you posted, but I don't think it will tow home from Cali in current condition. Nice site by the way!

Yep, you just may be right. I've come up with a way to fix the coupler temporary, but I'm talking just a few miles at a slow speed. I'll keep my eyes and ears open, you never know. And thank you for the flowers.

Montana,
Sure is a beauty, but out of my price range. Props to you for using All-Clad like the original travel trailers of old!

Just a suggestion, but maybe you should post your price range so the guys and gals of the forum know what to keep their eyes out for.

hi steve
we have a newly constructed tear drop 4x8 woody that is coming up for sale as soon as we get the title from the state. The trailer is not 100% done more like 90% ready to be customized to your liking, we've towed it to and from Springfield, MO and also to Wayland, MO and back with no problems. Were located about 40 miles outside of St.Louis, MO.. I'm asking $3000.00 but since your in the service we give a service discount.
Thanks,
Johnny

Hey All....
THanks for the replies so far. I am still in Arkansas, but luckily someone here has a sprint Aircard on their PC, so I could check this. Pics can always be sent to
[email protected] if convenient.
THanks again....especially for the words on my service to this great country.
Steve

I live in Redding, CA and I have a 8 ft homemade teardrop that I am selling. My husband made it in 2002 and it has been towed behind a PT Cruiser most of the time. I just posted a for sale ad in that section if you want to see pictures of it.
We camped in it a couple of times and were quite comfy. It does not have a galley.
