I've listed this on Craigslist in Phoenix for $800. I wonder if it could be converted to a tear.

7 X 7 converted Colman Pop-up. Used to transport merchandise to arts/crafts shows around the state. Three new tires. Just had the bearings packed. Box is in good condition.
