Well, Todah2 is up for sale. She is listed on Craigs list and e-bay. The e-bay auction will not start until Sunday morning though.

Pictures can be seen at the following link (Click on the index on the left, under ALBUM, to see the various sections once you get to photobucket. If you select the SLIDESHOW in each section, the pictures can be viewed more easily.): http://s307.photobucket.com/albums/nn291/Todah2_bucket/

Here's the Craig's list link with description and such: http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/for/744743529.html

Todah, Looks like your ad got yanked already. If you put OBO in your ad, it will often get auto yanked. Didn't get to read it, just assuming here. I posted a boat recently and got yanked twice before I figured out why.

I don't get it. What's wrong with saying OBO (Or Best Offer)?

* Hey Steve, it is too soon to say. :D

** Wmiperdink, I can't figure out why it was flagged either. I don't have "OBO" in it. Craig's list doesn't make it easy to find out why either. I might just post the pictures the price and say e-mail me for more pictures.

I added a new one. Hopefully, this one won't get yanked: http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/for/744743529.html

Yeah, what's up with that?!!? I checked a few other teardrop ads and all of the ones that I saw were also flagged. It would be great to have an example of one that passed the test, so I could use that as an example.

Thanks for the insight. This is the first time that I have listed on Craig's List. I have only surfed it a few other times. ...but I wondered if the admin people were doing the flagging or could any user or person with a Craig's account "flag" an ad. If it is someone being malicious, I have one thing to say to them, "You have no idea what you have set yourself against!"

I'm not worried. The new owner will find his/her way to Todah2.

Unfortunately, ANYONE can flag an ad. It sucks but keep at it. Go get 'em Todah! :noyes:

The bids on e-bay were too low. There were lots of Tears being auctioned at the time, so maybe I'll try e-bay again later. :)

Three's a charm: Here's the Craig's listing http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/for/744743529.html and I'll add, "OBO" here.

Todah, The link you gave asked for a password. It must be a link to get into your Craig's List account.

Todah, I went through the whole range of things you did too. When I posted my boat, i immediately posted it again and it stayed. I changed nothing. I assumed it was other sellers selling the same kind of boats doing it to keep their boats at the top.

I later read in the forum that OBO is not allowed as it would be considered an auction. Go Figure. Frustrating but I did sell my boat using it anyway.
