.040 factory painted aluminum skin
3/4" oak plywood sides,3/4" Birch plywood floor
2" insulation in floor,1.5" insulation in roof
White oak spars,oak trim ,oak cabinets inside and in galley
5000btu air conditioner

Yes it is a 4x8
The bed size is 46.5" x 80"

It is less than 800#
It is easy to pull

Does it have 12v and 110 power?

Sorry I took so long to reply. I just have computer access on weekdays.

It has 110v
It has battery puck type lights inside.

It does have a 110 duct type fan to pull the hot air from AC out the Galley

2" insulation on bottom, 1.5" on top

This is one slick looking tear drop trailer. Me and the misses being a bit on the well fed side probably would need something a bit wider.... if you catch my drift...

I am 6'4" tall and at last count 250#
My wife is a little smaller than that
