For Sale: 2006 Little Guy with Custom Interior... SOLD

I am getting ready to start a new build, so I need to sell my Little Guy to fund the new project.

This is a 2006 Little Guy 4-Wide that I purchased new in "Cargo" configuration, which had no interior. I then designed and built a "minimal" interior in birch (to match the side walls inside) with an emphasis on lightweight construction. The finished camper weighs about 800 pounds, which can be towed by just about any car.

Included in the camper is a 5,000 BTU Sears air conditioner, an Ikea mattress with a memory-foam topper, a two-buner Coleman stove, and an electric/ceramic heater. There are electrical outlets inside the cabin and inside the galley for small appliances and such. A 2 X 3.5 foot side table provides generous space for food prep and cooking.

I have camped in it about a dozen times, and the trailer has about 3,000 miles on it.

I keep it stored in my garage 24-7 when it is not in use.

I am asking $3,300 for it. It is a fantastic starter TD for someone who does not have the time, space or skills to build at this time, but wants to start Teardropping.

Nice!!! Too bad I just bought a teardrop.

We think alike on A/C installation.
Does the duct have a fan to 'force' the hot air out, or does the hot air rising do enough?

The built-in fan that blows air through the condenser provides plenty of thrust the way I have it boxed and vented. It runs all night with no heat issues.
