Very cozy home built teardrop camper. The camper is 5 ft. wide and 8 ft. long. On the inside there is a full size bed, and storage compartments.

This camper can be pulled with just about any car or truck. It is very lightweight.

There is also a roof vent that opens.

There is also a window in the front but this one does not open.

There is a 12 volt lighting system in this camper.

There are windows in each door.

There is a vinyl floor from the front all the way into the kitchen area.
The teardrop has been insulated both on the sides and in the roof. It has been paneled with white panelling on the walls and vinyl material on the ceiling. This makes it very easy to keep this clean.

In the kitchen area there is lighting, paper towel holder, cabinets with sliding doors for storage and a built-in drawer/bread box on the top shelf.

The inside lights are 12 volts which can be powered by battery or 12 volt power supply. The 12 volt power supply is included. This is not currently wired to connect to batteries but could easily be done.

A trailer jack is also installed on the tongue.

Everything except the trailer is made from wood. The wood has been sealed and water proofed with clear penetrating epoxy sealer and Man Spar urethane. The roof has four (4) coats of cool seal.

The teardrop camper is located in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Please, NO calls after 10 PM (Eastern Standard Time), (336) 707-2830, Thanks

Seems like you are selling it awfully cheap. Looks like a nice build. You must have $900 into it. JMO.
Good luck.

I'm in Statesville and am very interested in this camper! Do you have a title?

NCrado, I do have a title for the trailer.

Rainman0, You're right, I do have a lot more in it than $900. I priced it for a quick sale as I have projects that I would like to finish.
