Tent trailer shell - Las Vegas area

I was camping at Lake Mead last weekend and the camp host told me that he has a stripped out tent trailer for sale.
It's a big one at 7'x12'. I think the actual frame is about 7'x11'. It also has surge brakes. $150.00
