I think they meant it was more or less liveable, with mostly modern appliances and systems as opposed to the one that has been sitting in the desert for 30 years vacant.

At least they didn't call it "restored"... ;)

They just left out the part about when it was refurbished.

Saw another one on ebay that is made out of fiberglass and they say it is a "one of a kind" trailer combination houseboat.

Ive never seen a house boat with out a motor.... :?

We used one of those for a hunting camp for over 20 years. I will say that one looks better than ours did when we finally tore it down! :)
