Trade Daytona Beach Timeshare For Nice Teardrop Trailor???

I own a timeshare (Grand Seas Resort) on Daytona Beach (Final payment will be made in May); I may be interested in trading it for a Nice Teardrop trailer if there is any one interested in a possible trade.

The unit faces the ocean in North Daytona Beach, it is a studio with a very comfortable queen size murphy bed; queen sleeper sofa; ExtreamTV; fully equipped kitchen; dining area; private bathroom with shower/whirlpool tub with a wide picture window overlooking the ocean that can be opened to allow the fresh sea air in if you chose.. Unit comes with the ability to upgrade your stay if desired to a 1 or 2 bedroom for a small fee.

Unit is a floating week so you are not restricted to a particular week, there are a couple weeks where unit is not available for rent. (Daytona 500, beach week, New Years), but most weeks are available.

I paid $8500 for the unit, yearly maintenance fees and homeowner dues total approx $550 a year. I found for me it was easier to set up auto payment from my bank for $10 a week since dues are due December 31, that way I didn’t need to send a check at the worst time of the year……..All dues are current to date.

Unit also currently has 2 weeks available for use now to add to the possible deal. Additional weeks can be purchased if desired in any year.

If anyone is interested in a possible trade send me an IM with pictures of Teardrop you have. Prefer 5' wide but will consider any nice Teardrop...
