Deleted/Sold - Craigslist: Free Slide in Camper

This isn't mine. Currently on CraigsList Asheville. My Wife said I can't have it, although I think it would be a good source of parts or as a fix-it upper...

I have a slide in camper that I am giving away. I have already tried to get this gone once. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS INQUIERIES ONLY.
The camper is in need of work but could be made into really nice camper. It has the fiberglass shell and a lot of the interior is fiberglass
as well. I need this moved within a reasonable amount of time. email me with any questions. can be viewed after 5pm weekdays. send me
your phone # and we can schedule a time. It is chained to a trailer that also goes with it. it will need to be removed with a roll back.
thanks.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's a "roll back"?

that could make an interesting project. Wonder what the trailer is like under it?

a rollback is one of those tow trucks with a flatbed that tilts and slides back to the ground at an angle and uses a winch to pull the car up onto it.

Thanks for the info, High Desert.

Theoretically, couldn't one just pull it up on working trailer (if you "unchained" it from the existing trailer (which doesn't appear to have wheels/tires)?

That's what I was thinking. "Totable" parts, too. Usually a "parts" camper isn't always very moveable.

Not that my homeowners association would let me have this thing anywhere on my property...! It's going to be difficult enough to slyly build a tear without them raising a fuss.

His ad sort of implies he wants to get rid of the trailer too, though.

BTW, I emailed him to ask if the camper would fit on the back of my Chevy S-10 (Small, shortbed P/up) and he emailed me back that it would require a full size pick-up.

I'd still like to go get it, but if I were to bring it home, my Wife would shoot me. :(

It's worth some gas money just for the windows and door, not to mention anything that may be of use on the inside.

We're about 6 hours from Jacksonville, FL, straight up I-95 then on I-26, up into the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. If you come to pick-it up, stop in and I'll show you my build!
