Teardrop For Sale---SOLD

I need to sell our Teardrop due to financial reasons, I'v been off work for four months now.
The tear has built in Air and has an RV battery in the front box. I'm asking 2800.00 for it.
I dont have internet access at home now and have to go to an Internet cafe every few days to check my e-mail. You can call me on my cell phone if you have any questions at 817-933-4429 Thanks

Aw, Ron, It looks like you worked very hard to make a top notch teardrop! What a shame you have to sell it. I hope your situation works out better soon. That tear should sell quickly - It's beautiful, and at a bargain price! Good luck!

Ron,

Sorry to hear that things are such that you have to sell such a good tear. I remember it from the Christmas gathering at DuBois a few years back and I know you put a lot work into. ...but you got to do what you got to do. I definitely understand.

I hope that things swing in the upward direction for you and you receive a good return for your teardrop.

WOW...that's a beautiful tear at an incredible price! And I would definitely not object to a trip to Texas (born there) to get it. Unfortunately, this economic climate affects us all, as our single household income is in (drum roll please) the health insurance industry. Looks like I'll be holding off on a tear purchase (or build) until I see what things look like after the Summer.

You shouldn't have too much a problem selling that beautiful silver thing! But I have to admit that in the back of my mind (where I'm not so nice and rather selfish) I'm hoping it doesn't sell for a couple of months!

Good luck with it -- sorry I can't buy it immediately.

Thanks for the great comments. Hopefully I can sell it soon. Gotta do what we gotta do sometimes. Down the road when things get better I'll start building another one. Got the teardrop bug ya know!

Sorry for the delay in responding, I dont have internet at home anymore and have to go to an internet cafe a couple times a week.

The tear is a 4x8 plus the front box. The onboard RV battery is in the front box and runs the galley light and two interior lights.
I ran the 110volt wires from inside the front box thru the ceiling and they come out into the upper cabnets in the galley. But I never got around to installing the boxes to hook it up, but the wires are already in place.
There is no stove or cooler that comes with it, sorry.

Ron, I really wish I could get down to Ft Worth and get a peak. Can you do any sort of a road trip? Say meet south of the Indian turnpike (44, I think) in Oklahoma? That would be 5 hours for you straight up 69.
That is still 10 hours for me.

The Teardrop has been sold.

The new owner is look forward to joining the group and attending some of the gatherings.
