I have a 1971 Kayot forester,built in forest city Iowa. The body is 12 foot and tongue 3 foot. The interior has been gone through and redone,has hot water,shower and new thetford lowboy toilet mounted on brand new one piece wet bath/shower pan and tank(fiberglass unit),new 60 amp box,new upholstery,new pine used throughout restore. the exterior needs a bath.LOL The unit has been parked by my garage under a big tree and I need to wash it. The exterior is very straight, few dings but hey, she is 38 years young.lol..no leaks, original ceiling in the ham shows this to be true. White/yellow paint on exterior. I was going to have it professionally painted but, economy is so bad right now. Besides, to put a 1500.paint job on it will only up the price. All the interior work was done by me except the curtains, which were done by the Mrs. and my Daughter.

What is the tongue weight? Total weight?

Good question? I have never measured it. We towed it with a chevy van small v-8 and never even felt it back there. She pulls great, has original 14 inch rims.
