This is a new trailer I made to try some different ideas and a new shape. Sorry but I didn't make it with a galley. I wanted to be sure it was 100% waterproof since I was planning on selling it. It would be easy enough to add a galley as the only seam in the roof is right where your galley hinge would go. This trailer turned out pretty sweet and I learned some very useful new techniques.


- Skinned in 5052 aluminum and clear coated to protect against oxidation.
- All exterior fasteners are stainless steel.
- All exterior trailer lights are completely sealed LEDs rated at 100,000 hours. You won't have the hassle of having to change bulbs.
- Trailer wiring is soldered at critical points and butt connectors used elsewhere. No cheapo pinch-splice connectors that ALWAYS give problems.
- Interior birch cabinets
- AC power inlet with overhead light and AC outlet.
- Included are two super bright LED puck lights for when you don't have shore power.
- Brand new custom sized foam mattress included made of high density foam, with zippered cover. Sleeping area is 48"x 75" plus extra length from the curve of the trailer body.

Its beautifal you did an incredible job on it.

I still have this trailer for sale, but currently not listed anywhere. It has never been used and is in storage. I hope to sell it this season (obviously). I have almost $3000 in materials in it and lots of time. It looks really sharp in person and I'll have to get some new photos of it, with the fenders on, and I might add some minor things to help it sell. I don't get on the forum as much in the winter so you can email me too.
