Hello fine folks!! Living up here in the Northeast New England USA, so would ideally like something with a heater (guess I can use electric blankets - somewhat?), and with an AC unit.

Looking for a first trailer that has everything in it and can be used immediately. But of course would be able to be modified without loosing value in my investment.

Am looking for very biased advise, so go ahead and throw an opinion at me!! I can take it!! Am seeing prices around $5000.

OPTIONAL - Ideally would like to see something as small as possible that would meet the requirements of self contained toilet system also, so I could bring it out on the beaches of capecod, in the national park. They have strict requirements of self contained unit, which I am not sure can be towed, or if they have to be driven. Have not gone that far in the research - but this is optional.

http://www.campingworld.com/littleguytrailers/models/ Little Guy makes a nice camper in that price range.

I am not sure I understood your "self contained" requirement. If you were referring to a camper with a built in toilet, I don't know of a teardrop with one. You could probably find a small travel trailer with one, but I doubt for $5000.

Welcome to the site.

Sure He can find a nice canned ham under 5 grand. I have a vintage restored unit for sale right here in this forum for 4,000.
