Nice build Dennis and welcome to the forum. Just a little bit of advise, I would never use the words "I'm desperate" when trying to sell anything. You can edit your post ... and I will certainly do the same and edit mine after you so that there is no mention of it. But you have far too nice a product to put that kind of message out with it.

Just a thought.
