To paste the link - copy the URL, then hit the URL box above where you're typing the message. You'll see something that says 'URL' in some sort of brackets. At this point, paste your address. Once it's pasted, hit the 'Close Tags' thing below the URL box.
For instance, to get to the home page here, the steps are:

Its just my knee jerk responce,, but I would be a little warry of it,,, Refurbish can mean a lot of things ,,, a little paint an wash down the sides,, or complete refurbish,,, (wood replaced, wiring, sink etc,, all reworked ) It has a roof top a/c,, but instead of replacing the capacitor,, they put a whole a/c in,,, kinda makes ya wonder dont it,,, plus no pics ,,, gotta se da pics,,,
just my humble opinion,,,, but if ya are handy with tools,,, I would look around some more,,, the price is prob fair if in real good condition but if it needs work then I would pass on it
