If this is a relatively new build, I have to agree with CD. I hope you at least counted to 10 before offering up all of your hard efforts in building this.

I read this forum for two years while I gathered ideas and built my tear. You guys are a wealth of information - Thank you!

And I did count to 10, but in spite of my best calculations, a queen isn't big enough for me (6'2" - 260#, my petite wife AND my 10 year old son who insists on sleeping sideways).

The tear (Teary as named by my son) took 4 weekend trips, then sat in the garage. I had a blast building her,and I'm selling her for less that that she cost to build and outfit, I just hope to find a good home.

Next time I'll go even bigger!

You probably need to add some more shots to your album. Especially a shot straight into the galley that shows those cabinets you mentioned.

Your price is reasonable for what you describe, but if I were shopping for a TD, I'd want to see more pictures without having to PM and wait for email.

Just a suggestion. Besides, I'd like to see more of your TD even though I already have one of my own.

Weight I would guess between 900 and 950 - a little heavy, but VERY solid construction.

The walls and doors are 1/2" plywood, 1x4 framing with insulation and 1/4 skin on each side - for a total thickness of 1 1/2". The floor is 2x4 framed with R-13 insulation and plywood on top and bottom. Linoleum on floor and auto undercoating beneath. Top is bender board outside, insulation between 2x2 and 2x3 poplar spars, then bender board inside for ceiling.

It is a 4 pin.

That is a nice, simple galley. I did the AC in my first TD the same way, and my current TD in a similar way. I used tow different methods of venting the back side of my AC unit so that the AC could run with the galley closed. It wouldn't be hard to do the AC on your TD the same way. Probably forty bucks and a couple of hours work.

If I were in the market, I'd drive down there to get a closer look.

I think it is worth a look. If nothing else, you can spend a night in Austin, listen to good music on Sixth Street, and get some good BBQ before you head back North.
