Unit is 1991 Scotty 17ft long, with full bath and will sleep four. There are no apparent leaks no stains on the ceiling this is a solid unit in excellent condition. Four new tires and new spare tire. Visible frame has been repainted and mini blinds installed at all windows. The roof ac is three years old, furnace and refrigerator work very well. Unit comes with two 20lb lb. gas tanks and a deep cell battery.

I did a double-take at the 1991 vintage.

Im in qtown, any idea what that thing weighs?

The weight on the title is 3100 lbs dry.
If you look up this model on NADA it lists the weight under 2000 lbs but the title says 3100.
