That's about an hour west of me. This is about the 8th time it's been for sale in the last 18 months.

It hasn't sold yet....

Could have water damage, animal infestation, holes in floor

and if a person is faint of heart these would discourage you.
On the other hand if your a person that belongs to this forum and have a few tools this could be a steal :twisted:
