Where is it?

Have you given any thought to lowering the price?

I sold my Little Guy 4-wide Retro for $3,100 on this forum three hours after I listed it. The Rascal is smaller than the 4-wide. It's marketed a a TD for motorcycles.

This is all very true that the Rascal is a bit smaller than a 4-wide but it also weights 490lb dry with a 50lb tongue weight (spec from LG). It sits lower and is a tad bit narrower. I am sure this is why it has a higher retail price than the 4-wide new....They are marketing it for the niche market of us that have small 4 cyl cars and supposedly motorcycles, and thus the prem price.

We own one, and I am not that sure I would want to pull it with a motorcycle! Trike maybe, but motorcycle.....I don't know!!

True, the Rascal was more than the 4-wide, but Camping World was selling them for less than the OP's used price.

Thanks Danny. I don't know anyone who has paid MSRP for a Little Guy. There are too many of them out there sitting on lots collecting dust.

I did like my Little Guy, and it really was well built -- even with it's crappy galley. But, supply and demand rules.

The Rascal is going to have a narrower market than a 4-wide, which will have a narrower market than a 5-wide. It's a one-person TD.

I think the 4-grand asking price is unrealistic. Instead of popping in every month to say it's still available, the seller might want to lower the price.

"caseydog"............. It's a one-person TD. CD

I agree with the 4K is a bit much. We did not pay that for ours new in 2007. And lower in the asking price will prob move it for the OP.

As for it being a "one person TD"....My wife, 5'9", 130lbs - Me, 6'4" 195lbs, and our dog Daisy 18lb Shih Tzu have been using ours perfectly fine for three years. No issues with space in width or length. We can each set up at night, read or watch a movie. We can both curl up at night sleeping too. The Rascal is under-rated on the space that is in it. We CONTINUALLY get the comments of "You sleep in that thing?" from people at the CG's. Specs from LG will show that the interior width from a 4 wide to the Rascal is 2" narrower on the Rascal.

Now if two people are both 300lbs, I could see that the space may be a problem!
