1994 COLEMAN POP UP

This is a one owner ( belong to my parents) camper. Has been garaged most of it life. It is is great condition and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Has stove and furnace (never used), sink and dinette. You will be hard pressed to find one in this kind of shape for this price. The matteress's are the up graded and not the cheep standards that come with them stock. Canvas is in perfect shape and all plastic windows, screen and zippers are in perfect shape. This also has a awning with a attachable screen room for when the bugs are biting. Also has the propane tank attached to the tongue. There is no rust on her anywhere even under the chassis.

The crank device that cranks up the top, dosent lock in place. It would be a easy fix, but my dad didnt bother with it. He just used a bungie to hold it it place. The only other issue is a very small dent on the left rear corner. He was backing it in the garage and misjudged. Not hardly noticeable. There is a pic of that too.
