Still Wanted - Coleman Lantern

Postby Classic Finn » Wed Jul 07, 2010 2:57 pm

Hey folks, Id like tp purchase a Coleman Lantern in nice condition or reconditioned, and properly working.

Please let me know if you have an extra taking up space in your collections  It must be vintage and made in the Good Ol U.S.A.

A working lantern is preferred since parts can be a problem here. ;)

And Doug: One that can be easily lit with under 40 pumps.

You are absolutely correct Doug. My bad. 1947 or 1956 would do.
One red in color and one nickel polished if found. Why these dates or years? Well, 56 is a good year, and 47 is for the Kits. ;)

Hope this helps. ;)

my crystal lantern globe tells me a 9/56 200A would be an ideal answer to this search...

Still looking for 3 lanterns from the Vintage years that are in decent shape with all parts. Not to start collecting in the real sense. :D Why 3 you may ask? Ahh for 3 Teardrops :D :D
