I went to look at this.
It seems like it is good shape.
I didn't see any water stains or any rot.
No fan.
Being sold by a RV dealer.

It's more than I want to pay.

You will never get one for that price plus the screen room.

I purchased a2006, 6 wide sport in maine last fall for 3500. No tent. The only issue, and I knew about it when I purchased it, was that it has a couple of leaks in it at the time which were common with those early years. The leaks are easily fixed.

One was in the very front. I solved it by placing an angled aluminum piece with stainless screws on the front with a thick bead of silicon. Problem solved. The other was the gaskets around the rear tail lights. Another problem solved with sealer. The thing is water tight now. I've even bombarded it with my gas powered pressure washer. Tight as a drum. So, if anyone bites on this great deal check those two things out. It could be a bartering point.

I sold my 2006 4-wide for more than that. That's not bad at all.

I have a 2006 5 wide, have had no leaks. With the tent ($595 for a new one) that is a descent buy. The ad is a little misleading, the weight for a 2006 with the platform is around 880lbs, and the tent is a 10' by 10'.

Emailed the guy and it had been sold just the other day.
He got his price !!!
I'm not sorry I didn't buy it.
