plans, axle, fenders, parts, not mine

So I'm working in my yard, and this guy that was cutting up a big old cherry tree across the road comes over cause he saw our teardrop in the garage. Says some time ago he bought the Kuffel Creek plans and was going to build a teardrop. Has since decided not to, and maybe I would have connections to where he could sell them and some parts. He has a dropped axle, with new leaf springs and bearings, wheels & tires [15" he thinks] two ten foot sheets of plywood, pair of fenders from Northern Tool, the plans, and some other stuff that I didn't get the info on. The axle is for a 4 foot wide frame. He's a long time local guy, I don't know him but Mary knew who he was. So I told him I'd post it on here and see if there was any interest. Not sure what he wants for money, but I got the impression that he had around $500 invested. I welcome any comments or opinions. Bob
