Tiny Trailer (not tear) in Indiana

Bought this one last summer with a rebuild in mind. Now I'm done and I've been out in it a couple of times so it's going. For photos of the trailer in its current condition - click on the link in my signature and select the folder "PlayPac for sale".

What's been done:

Three of the five original windows have been replaced by modern sliders.
Interior of the trailer has been gutted (down to the fiberglass and wood floor) and totally rebuilt.
New carpet on walls.
New all-wood interior (wood cabs)
New Linoleum floor
Exterior painted
New (unused) spare hanging off the back.

New floorplan is similar to the standard 13-foot Boler or Scamp.

Features:
Perminant QUEEN-SIZE bed in back (with an honest to God residential queen mattress!!!) To be honest, the whole rebuild was designed around this feature. I figured I'm gonna be spending a good 8 hours every day laying there - it's GOT to be comfortable.
Side closet on door-side
Front dinette (drops into single bed)
Overhead cabinettes along both sides of trailer.
"Kitchen" area on road-side.
The "kitchen" doesn't have any of the usual gear other than a 110 fridge. I FAR prefer cooking and doing dishes outdoors. Leaving that gear out leaves plenty of storage space PLUS a nice big countertop which can be used to hold a TV, microwave, or even a portable stove (if you REALLY want to cook indoors). If you want to see how we decided to handle the kitchen issue... check out the "Kitchen Box" folder (link in sig)! I built this one a few weeks ago and will be giving it it's trial run this week! I'm thinking of making a second smaller one in addition to the big one.

I'm asking $3500 for this trailer.

I'm located in Valparaiso Indiana. We're just about an hour Southeast of Chicago.

I'll be unavailable most of this week (going out in the PlayPac one last time), so don't panic if I don't get back to you till this Friday.

I'll try to add more photos to the site below. showing more of the interior of the trailer when I get a chance. Only thing added since those photos were taken are a conventional door holdback.

PS Trades will be considered too. I'd be willing to look at another trailer or possibly a mid-size motorcycle. Feel free to be creative.

This trailer is still available. It's about 7x11. Features a queen bed in the rear, a small dinnette in the front and lots of storage (check the photos of the PlayPac found by clicking the link in my signature).

I'm very open to trades. I'd be especially interested in something I could use to convert into a motorcycle hauler/camper that would still fit in my garage. One of the Cassette trailers would be ideal if you got one and decided you needed more space.

Did you ever sell the PlayPac camper?

Yup - long gone. Eventually just eBayed the thing for much less than I'd have liked. :(

Next project is waiting in the driveway. Wasn't able to do anything with it this summer as my time was taken up prepping the house for twin girls.
