My restored 46 KIT is no longer for sale. You can see the restoration/rebuild photos by clicking on Jerome Guffey's 46 Kit in the Hall of Fame or go to
http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/guffdrop/my_photos
Original are the frame, axles, wheels, doors, galley lid. All else is new. 4" foam mattress included. Tows great, took it to Minden and beyond. Built simply with shelves for baskets. Currently registered as 1946 KIT Manufacturing camp trailer with permanent CA plates good for 4 more years. Can make arrangements to deliver to Oregon, Northern Nevada, Northern Calif.

Beautiful Trailer! How wide is it?

It is built on the original Kit frame so it is a 4' x8' trailer. The interior is about 46 1/2" wide and 75" long. Weighs about 650 to 700 lbs.
Thanks for your interest.

I picked up the 46 Kit Friday Night and pulled it back to Albany, Oregon this morning. Slept in it in Cressent City California last night (first night!) in an empty parking lot. Towed great, tight & quiet inside.
We will see you down the road.
Thanks Jerome!

Glenn, I'm glad you were finally able to get your tear. And this trip to CA wasn't a waste of time. Jim

Dean,
The weather was the worst on my way there, but you know when I arrived at Jerome's house the rain stopped and never rained a drop unitl I was hokked up and on my way back. When something was ment to be, things go well.
