No leaks. Took great pains to make a watertight design and I'm very proud of how tightly sealed it turned out to be.

Handles great behind my 4cyl Honda Element; have logged approx 8,000 miles across the US without a problem.
New tires/6-spoke alloys Sept '09 (14 or 15 inch; can't remember right now)
Bearings excellent; ready to tow anywhere.
Clear title.
Includes:
custom galley table extension
12V battery
4 inch foam mattress
custom window curtains
lots of interior shelf space
many nice touches that really add to convenience and usability, at least for my taste (such as little hooks to keep shelf doors closed)
probably some other stuff I can't think of at the moment
Located in Murfreesboro, TN.

Teardrop completed early 2006. Pic shown below taken in Sept '10, will post more depending on interest. At work right now, plenty more pics at home and can take more as needed. Build pics at The RoadCamper link in my sig; also lots in my album.

Maybe for a serious buyer with a handful of benjamins, but not by much.

Scooter,

If I had the scratch & a place to store it I would pick-up the RoadCamper in a heart beat! It is a good lookin' rig - inside & out. AND, your asking price makes it a real good deal. Best of luck...
