Teardrop Back Home - SOLD

Retrieved my teardrop from the dealership (no more sales commission involved).
I will be using (hopefully) begining the 3rd week in June when I finish my assigned "special project" and go back on a rotating work shift.
The teardrop (5 x 10 Silver Shadow) is still for sale.
I am asking $6,000 (new reatail is in the upper $8k - $9k).
The sale is to help defer the high costs of buying retirement house in Delaware.
In Delaware the buyer of a new house has to pay the state a 5% tax based on the total cost of the house and ammenities installed.
If you buy / sell a used house the buyer pays 2.5% tax and the seller pays 2.5% tax to the state.
SOOOOO Delaware, although cheap in other aspects for retirement, bangs you two times.
