2009 home built teardrop for sale (SOLD)

As I have built another tear, this one is for sale.

All steel frame, 5x9 1/2 ft.
Aluminum top and sides.
110 and 12 volt with A/C.
Roof vent and fan.
14 in. wheels.
Has been towed about 6000 mi. with no problems.
Now asking $3000. If you have any questions just ask.

It is 45 in. high inside. Enough room to sit upright.

Jim's trailer is "top quality" and well-built - having seen this trailer in person from camping with Jim over the past year or so you won't be disappointed if you purchase it. He has paid attention to the "details."

I have lowered the price on my teardrop. Now asking $3000.
It is all steel framed, no wood sides to rot. Sides and top are aluminum. It does not have to be kept inside.

Is there water damage on the floor? Do ya have different rims?

There is no water damage anywere on the tear. It has never had any leaks. It has 14 in. Ford wheels, 4 1/2 in. bolt pattern.

I was jsut asking because the one picture the floor looks like there was some water damage.. Wuld it be easy to swap of the rims for a different tire? or even teh axle for a axle that can support 33 inch rims?

also how do you run the air? does the hatch have to remain open???

The picture of the floor and A/C unit was a construction picture, I didn't have any other pictures of the A/C unit. The floor now has carpet.
The A/C vents to the underside of the trailer, hatch can remain closed.
