Beautiful trailer!

Can't tell from the pics -- did you end up with a shower under the dinette in the end or no?

Where did you end up installing the fridge?

Does it have air conditioning (a current Floridian and native Texan wants to know)?

You must be in need of some quick cash, Because that trailer looks to be worth twice as much.
As with me you may be better off trying to sell it on eBay.
Two   up on a job well done.
Good luck!
Wayne

I saw that, too, but in an earlier build pic he had a shower pan under there -- now i only see a wood floor. I'm also not seeing a shower head. Just curious how that worked out because most trailers that small don't have showers. If this one does, that would make it a very desireable TTT indeed!

In order of asking

Shower is under the dinette. Fridge is in RH front corner, I took out the icebox and installed a 110v fridge but have the icebox to reinstall if desired

Bohemian,
My trailer doesn't have the workmanship of yours but I can raise the price to $10,000 if someone insists. Not in need of quick cash but would like a quick sale, just because I hate selling things. I'm the worlds worst salesman. That's about what I have in in it not including hours and hours of labor and want to empty the storage lot. Bought a 5th wheel so I could tow a boat behind it. Hate to sell my baby but don't see using it now. Thought I would list it here first, if it doesn't sell it's going to a local dealer and on Craig's list with the price bumped up a little.

Wooden floor under the dinette lifts out to expose the shower pan

Thanks Crash

Carter...so I guess that the idea of the Irwin is out?

Having built a standy...anyone even thinking about this ought to jump on it. It's the start of camping season and this baby is one well thought out/built trailer. That price pretty much just covers the materials in it. Go look on any RV lot and see what you get for that price/condition if you can find any. Particle board with wood grain vinyl wiped on it. Crappy workmanship. No character like this one. This is a custom built RV at a used tent trailer price! And used tent trailers won't turn a head like this one will....Doug

Thanks Doug,
No Irwin, decided I wanted to pull a boat behind my trailer and that requires a 5th wheel in many states that allow it. I bought a 10 year old 24' Shasta. Thinking about building a set of wings for it just to stay in the spirit of things. Hate to lose my home built but I wouldn't use it much and I'm paying $30 a month to store it
