Tiny travel trailer WANTED

I've been looking to BUY a tiny travel trailer similar to 13' Scamps. All I find is old junk or high priced new. Ive considered custom building a factory 6x12 cargo trailer.

Ideal specifications are:

Under 13'
Under 1500 lbs
Sleeps 2
air conditioning that will run on a 2000 watt Honda Generator
Porta-Potty
some kind of shower inside or outside would be nice.
