Birch Standie - sleeps 4, kitchenette, A/C, toilet

This camper has room for 4, kitchenette, 3.1 cu. ft. fridge, AC, roomy closets, and a toilet. It has passed state safety inspection and has been assigned a VIN. I am asking $12,500.00. I need to clear it out of my workspace to build some campers for others. This camper has been my demonstrator model. We have camped it and it did great.
