Ray: You're getting close to the offer I made!! I'm wondering if I should sell the Uhaul, but it has a stove, swamp cooler and a solar panel so I don't know. :? Bob

Well, I don't have the time to drive it out that far west, but you are free to check it out in NYS. They are a bit rare, but you may find one... one that isnt is as good a condition as this one is for it's age. There are a lot of upgrades and some custom work on this Scamp.

Well ... I told my friend about this .. and now he owns it! He's already taken it camping.

He plans on doing some 'upgrades' on it as well. Looking forward to seeing it in person. I'm sure, someday in the future, we will camp at the same event .. him in his Scamp and me in my Silver Shadow!

I saw a Scamp for sale several times this summer, and it was still there yesterday. I stopped to check it out. There's a rain worn piece of paper stuck to it. I could make out the price $5600!!! This unit has broken windows and looks to be in overall rough condition. No wonder it's still there at that price.

Scamps are fun and we enjoyed camping and updating ours. Today I cut out the profile for our new TD. Very excited to begin a new build!

I've created a Blog about this Scamp
