This is home built and is solid. All new wheels and bearings, axel reinforced, fresh paint job. The shelves are all interior as opposed to a back hatch. Which has it's pros and cons. I prefer it that way. I am not making a dime off selling this. I put over $2500 into this and plenty of hours of labor. It has a 7-way adapter which charges a secondary battery to run 12V appliances. It has an exterior light on each side(2), an interior light and a fan in the vent. All the walls are insulated. I lived out of it in the summer time in the deep south so the insulation was nice. It has a $150 mattress topper from target for a bed. It is made from 3/4 inch plywood and is weatherproofed with .032 inch gauged alumuminum. I'll throw in a propane tank and stove and a deep cycle marine battery. This thing is good to go. There are a few things you can still customize or redo if you like. Email if you have any questions or an offer
