As you can see in my album I tried cargo conversion last year
Health problems put a stop to that
I bought this trailer, but haven't been able to use it
Lots of storage under dinette and twin bed
A light weight towable that can be towed by almost any vehicle
It is called a Twelve but is actually 13.5 ft long from hitch to spare tire

This is a great Travel Trailer for the smaller sized families, sleeps 3 adults and one kid on the floor
You know you will save money on gas by pulling a lightweight towable.
Weighs only 1560 pounds
• 2 Burner Stove w/ Range Hood
• Sink w/ Auto Pump & 9 Gal Tank
• Power Converter

Well, I don't need more pictures. Just asking the question in case others were interested. With the pictures you added, it looks to be a job well done.

Without a shower or bathroom I'll give 2500.... But it's a nice camper

I love mine. I wish it had the retractable awning like yours (the manual one can be rough to handle in a wind).

As far as the "facilities", I just select a site close to the campground's bathroom/shower.

new image of inside front added to album
Weighs only 1420 pounds 220 pound tongue weight ( I had wrong weight before)

Lots of storage under booth dinette on curb side, the street side has the electrical cable, water tank and pump, the battery and the converter. (makes into 54 x 75.5 inch bed)
Removable table Verna made great additions to her Sidekick by added some bed support boards and more cabinet doors. Check out her album pics also.
Lots of storage under and over the gaucho 27 x 75.5 inch twin bed across the front
This trailer has been used very little and it shows no wear.

So the bed in back is a double or two singles? Nice trailer!

Thanks for bringing over the new picture

the bed in the back is like a Scotty
it is a booth dinette in the day
a 54 inch by 75 1/2 inch bed at night
Right now the dinette table fits between the benches
Verna made 3 boards to fit between the benches on hers
That is a better idea and would be easy to do
Just take the big table outside at night and not have to fold up the legs
Thanks for the questions
You can't put all this in a 6 X 10 cargo trailer without spending more than $4600 if you give away your labor

the trailer itself is 78 1/2 inches wide (each wall total thickness 1 1/2 inch)
the exhaust fan cover sticks out further on street side
the retractable awning sticks out further on curb side

I feel honored that the number one Mike leaves a comment on my trailer

Thanks for what you do
Steve
