Hi, just joined. My name is Chris, live in NJ and I have had this project camper for 2 years now and my ambitions are in a smaller (tear) camper so this one is up for grabs. $800 obo. A great winter project if you like vintage 70's tin cans.

For Sale is a dream project for the right person, a 12 foot Little Gem Trailer, sleeps 5 snuggly. This 1973 Little Gem trailer is in as found condition!!
12 foot long overall, 7 foot wide, painted aluminum exterior. This is a classic small trailer similar to a teardrop but with more room and head space.
The good first:
1.) All original parts exist (as listed in 2), except the Telford PortaPotty. Have original serial number tag that attaches to side of trailer!
2.) All original paperwork; Emperial 3-way refrigerator, Crowley 3-Way electric faucet and tank system, Duo-Therm Heater Instructions, Central Power Pack System (power converter) and original Vehicle Registration from 1988 (registered in 2009 and since expired 2010 in NJ).

The not so good:
1.) Trailer needs rewiring, wires should exist in walls, but pulled at converter and outside of trailer to hookup missing, gas lines need to be redone and new tanks
2.) Due to long period of leaning on its side (one tie deflated) and a missing piece of trim at door there is a sagging floor at entrance that goes approx. 1 foot into trailer
3.) There was a seam leak along roof of trailer that leaked. Was sealed long ago but some wood damage to interior is evident along ceiling line.
4.) Some kids used it long ago as a clubhouse, they took the creativity with the painting of the interior.

New interior/exterior paint will make this trailer shine!

These trailers restore beautifully which was the reason I bought it but do not have the space or time to give to this project. There are a group of enthusiasts on yahoo groups (Littlegemrailers) that share information on restorations that can help too. It is ready to pull (it could use 2 new tires) only during day since it has no running lights.

Pictures (CL link) are recent and what you see is what you will get. Currently parked in Raritan Boro, NJ (central NJ).
