With very little effort, could be converted to a toy hauler with a fold up bed! Just wasn't in my plan...

Finally, a builder after my own heart -- the central focus is a full shower!

Unfortunately, it's too big to tow for any vehicle I own, but great job and a good price, too.

Yes, and the toilet stays clean too!

Good solution.

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...

Also, very smart move plumbing it as a park model. I've owned a couple motorhomes, one of which was a Winnebago Rialta. Great little motorhome, and it did have grey and black water holding tanks, but they were so small that it made the shower unusable unless hooked up directly to sewer.

The more I look at your conversion, the more I like it! Again, great job.

Thanks guys! Several years of. living in a tt 5-6 months a year allows you to see the flaws with mass production and you learn how to resolve them!

Now if someone will buy this one, ill be on to my next project! 24' with a 12' slide! !
Maybe not a tiny trailer, but a new challenge! !!

I'm thinking that if you reduce the storage under the bed, lower the bed platform, and install a single bunk over it, you'd be good to go for three! That's what I would do. Now, if only I had a vehicle capable of pulling that thing!
