Hi folks,
I went and looked at this teardrop a few days ago. It is an aluminum skin, door on one side, 4' wide. It has a counter in the galley that is topped with sheet metal (aluminum?) on which one corner is a bit bent. It is weathered but looks sound in terms of the trailer, tires, etc. She says it doesn't leak, though there is a bit of old water damage on the inside of the door. It is a cute little classic teardrop...if you want a 4' wide it looks like it would clean up nice.
