What is the target dry weight of this beauty?

Im right by the Delaware Memorial Bridge in NJ and can buy/pick this up whenever is convenient if its something I can tow (1500 lbs max)

Would LOVE to give it a home and can forward pics of its adventures as they occur..

The unfinished Tear is still available. I found a few more items that go with it;

Pergo flooring - African Padauk - 3 boxes, enough for the camper floor
Spare tire (on rim) for trailer
Inside wall sides cut from 1/4" cherry plywood but not installed
