Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I'm selling my (better than 50% completed) 5X8 TD.

I started building this TD in the Fall of '09. With all the projects I have going on at this time, I see no way of completing it in the neat future. This trailer is Titled as Homebuilt.

Features:

Clear Louisiana Title.(issued by LASP on 9/08/2009 as homebuilt)
Total trailer length 13'.
Interior sleeping space measures 60" X 82".
Under bed storage compartment.
2" X 2" insulated, under-coated wood floor with Tyvek covering.
1.5" insulated walls.(one wall in-complete)
Floor, Walls and Ceiling is Glued & Screwed.
Adjustable length tongue.(adds 12" to length)
New 15" Chrome steel wheels with Goodyear Tires.
Aluminum siding.
New Fantastic Fan.
2" X 2" X 1/8" square tubing frame.
New Small Fridge (120 volt)
New Rear receiver hitch.
Fiberglass Doors w/Large windows and screens.
Slam Latch door handles.
Radio antenna.
Most all wiring done.(have wiring diagram. wires are labeled)
New Two burner gas stove.
New Tongue jack.
New 2" hitch.
High Gloss Black 8" wide painted frame & fenders.
Room on frame for storage rack/compartment/what ever.
Full width Formica counter top.
Much more.

Needed to complete:

Rear Kitchen Hatch.
Kitchen storage.
Partial interior paneling.
Left side exterior aluminum siding. (have siding)
Roof panel. (have roof pandes and Fiberglass roof covering)

Thanks to all who have inquired about it. A nice young man has purchased it and is going to complete the build. We're looking forward to seeing him at future came-outs.

And here she is being backed into my tiny suburban garage. I had to move some stuff to get it in, and I'm sure I'll have to move some more to get enough room to work around it. Towed fine behind my itty bitty tow vehicle, despite being aerodynamically challenged in its partially complete state. Mike was awesome and enthusiastic. I need to finish my hurricane shutters before I start on this seriously, but I've already started shopping for parts. Once I've made some changes I'll have an update for you all.

Next steps are listed in the thread below. The build quality that Mike has done so far is excellent, being sturdy, stocky and straightforward, just like me. I'm going to finish it in a somewhat utilitarian fashion, with a minimum of interior fixtures, focusing on getting the exterior sealed and weathertight, finishing the insulating and interior paneling, and getting a simple and sturdy floor covering put in.
