Awesome teardrop trailer, needs just a little finishing. The hatch is installed. It has a 22" LCD drop down screen, with am/fm/DVD player and Polk audio speakers installed. It has an automatic, temp controlled, rain sensing vent fan that will close automatically when it rains. It is 13ft long and will fit a queen mattress inside with storage. I have the electrical system wired to a brand new deep cycle battery. The interior lights are recessed and are on a remote control so there are no holes in the ceiling or sides. All wiring is easily accessed from the inside. I have all the wood, aluminum, trim, door hardware and windows to finish it. I just don't have the time. The pictures show the outside as white. That is a film covering the siding. It is all aluminum. The sides, top and hatch each are 1 continuous sheet- no seams. All plywood underneath the aluminum has been treated with epoxy and painted. The walls are stick built with rigid foam insulation between the studs. The frame is custom made with fully boxed 2x2x1/4 steel and a dexter torsion axle. I have about $7,000 invested in materials. So what's the rush? You've already been on it for two years, what's another year. It took me almost three years but then again I was taking my time and it wasn't the only thing in life and that was alright. So be honest, your just not into teardrops anymore.

I must say the price is right and would be a very good buy for someone to finish.

Just forwarded this to my friend who was looking to start a build this winter. NC isn't too far from PA and my sister lives in Pittsboro. Might have to make a trip down!
