I've had it for a wonderful year and half. I've used this site to lurk and learn LOTS. I have since bought a Class C motorhome and I think that's the direction my wife is leaning.

$6950 obo. I don't need to sale. We love to look at it.

2006 Custom Build Teardrop Tiny Travel Trailer.

Inside A/C, Queen Memory Foam Bed, US road map wallpaper, double thick Route 66 Ship Window curtains, Flat Panel, TV, DVD, 5 speaker surround sound, Interior storage, 12 volt lighting, 12 volt exhaust fan, under bead storage, Front Storage, Rear Storage, Electric heater mount with Ceramic Heater, Multiple 110 interior outlets

Rear Opening
12 volt Water Pump, Slide out sink and work space, Built-in / slide-out cooler with drain lines, 4 gallon slide-out water storage, 12 volt 3 stage battery charger, 2 12 volt exterior lights, 2 slide out drawers, multitude of coffee cup hanging space, 2 burner stainless grill.

Front
Bulldog hitch, 12 volt battery, Safety chain, option for battery recharge plug, 4 pin wiring.

Back.
Rear custom built hitch for carrying bikes, cargo carrier, or misc.

Drive-Train
Heavy duty C channel, 3500 lb axle, 15 inch wheels, Good tires.

DVD included of build pictures from the Houston builder that builds 1 per year. This is his 2006 custom build.

High price? What's the going $$ for this... You don't see them built this well. It's not a home hackjob!!!

I have my 2005 Rockwood 1640 ltd popup for sale too if anyone's interested. $4200

To a very nice couple in Denton. I'm sure they're going to enjoy it more than me:)

Keep an eye out as they have big upgrade paint job plans and trying to make the Texas beach trip.
