For Sale: 1936 Uni-Wheel teardrop. All original metal, all new wood in 2006, all wood epoxy coated and urethaned, should never rot. The story line when I bought the trailer was that some guy built it to go job hunting during the depression. My research finds that the chassis may be a uni-wheel trailer sold by Sears. I need to get the trailer out of my yard since I have too much stuff. Make an offer, come and get it. It is located in Portsmouth, RI.

Duh, I just posted a link after searching and nothing came up. Then I googled uni-wheel teardrop and found this. Guess I was using the wrong search.

So you hook that double hitch right where you would mount the ball on the car?

Do you have to keep the speed down below 50mph?

The t-bar I built goes into a regular hitch receiver. The original hitches attached to clamps that went onto the car's bumper.

I have only gone 45 mph with the trailer.

The trailer is still available. Someone just needs to come get it, and make an offer. It needs to go.

I love single wheel trailers. I have a 1955 Allstate(sears) one that hooks right up to the bumper of my 70 vw beetle.
