Is this titled as a '36 or is there any "official" documentation that it is? It appears that the tongue A members are unistrut and the coupler is modern. Just wondering.

Perhaps the unistrut is actually just used as outriggers under the tongue box, to stabililize and spread the load, on a single beam drawbar, like on mine? 106809110139110137

That doesn't really mean that much. My Burro is registered and titled as a 1971, but it is really a 1981. Is there signs of the original vin number somewhere on the trailer? That will tell you (most of the time).

the metal plaque (tag) on the trailer reads 333, which the DMV accepted as the VIN. I have photos not to mention it was only maufactured in '36/37 to my knowledge.
