2010 United 7x12 utility trailer/ toy hauler

I am in Cincinnati Ohio and curious if there is any interest in it.
I would like to get $6000.00 for it
Single Axle
It has a full size bed that raises to the ceiling .
Has a toilet and shower w/8 gallon tank for toilet (have a portable tank for the shower )
Sink
2 burner stove (inside) 3 Burner Stove that mounts outside.
Hot water Heater ( propane)
Heater (Propane)
Roof A/C ( has a leak but works when it is charged )
Has 2 Removable Motorcycle chocks
6 tie down Rings
Carpet
Fridge (110volt)
Inverter
2 Propane tanks
1 Deep Cycle Battery
2 leveling jacks in the rear
Have Hauled 2 Motorcycles in it , A Harley Super Glide and a Sportster
Or 2 Honda Ranchers ( had to take off one wheel to fit both)
or Lexmark 5 ft riding mower
All it needs is the cabinets up front finished
