Asking price is $2000 without the shady boy awning and $2400 with the awning.
Currently located in West Valley City, Utah but has permanent California plates. (clear title in hand)

Custom rims with brand new tires 3 weeks ago.
Painted to resemble a teardrop shape.
Plenty of space inside for one person, 2 would be a bit of a squeeze but has been done
large rear entry door
tongue box with 92 amp/hr battery and solar controller.
I will include a small trickle charge solar panel
wired to charge from tow vehicle or solar
2 inverters inside for 120 volts
inside and outside speakers and lights
12 volt plugs inside and out
rack on top is great for small boats or other gear
(canoe on top is for sale separately)
Shady boy awning is 10X6 feet and is $400 extra
built on a reinforced harbor freight frame
will include 1 extra leaf spring and 1 extra hub
1 7/8ths coupler with padlock
will include single burner backpacking stove with fuel

Has been road tested through much of the western states and is ready for it's next adventure
