Well, Im looking to sell my teardrop I built last winter. Below is all the info I can think of. If you have any questions let me know...
I built this one on a utility trailer and used dimensions off an original. I took some liberties as far as the galley and interior. I used materials that fit the time period.It is 4 feet wide and all together is 13' long including the 3' tongue. It weighs 1200lbs. I stretched the cabin to compensate for me being tall (6'2"). I just pulled it to an outdoor music festival and stayed in it.It pulls great. It stands 66" tall..I always get lots of compliments everywhere i pull it!!

*Sides are birch plywood. Trim is Poplar fastened with outdoor deck finish screws.
*Green Top is metal brushed with Oliver green tractor paint for a vintage worn feel. IT DOES NOT LEAK!
*Front chest houses 1 car battery which is good for 2 nights with no charges, and main fuse in case of short.
*Master switch to cut all power when being stored
*Running lights on all 4 corners
Interior:
* Pillow top mattress cut down to 46'x 80". Could sleep a man up to around 6'5"
*Interior cabinet runs full width of camper and is 22" tall.
*2 bulb low voltage reading lights overhead and one round dome light in cabinet .
*1 dual socket 12v cigarette lighter sockets to charge cell phones, etc
*Small box on left in cabinet houses stereo accessible from the galley with line out for ipod.
*interior battery gauge to keep an eye on the battery life from inside
Galley:
* One main cabinet 6" deep
*1 dual socket 12v cigarette lighter sockets to use 12v appliances if needed
*Coleman 425 gas grill on a slider
* Flap under counter to pull out mattress to clean if needed
*Fuse panel hidden inside cabinet .All electronics are on a fuse panel
Frame:
*4x10 with shocks and coil springs.
* Tires are 4.80-12 Load Star's and are new
Camper has a homebuilt title and is registered with plates !

Dang, KyBullet, that's a handsome unit. I like the decorative touch by use of contrasting woods. I also like it's not layered with gee-gaws and extra stuff to that adds weight. Not that I'm a buyer, but can we get some interior shots? I'm just curious. Hang in there - spring is coming and that'll bring a buyer, especially at that price.
