I built it in 2006. The exterior side walls are made from a fiberglass reinforced plywood (the same material that is used on big truck boxes). The front, roof and hatch are from one sheet of filon (fiberglass sheet) that is glued to a thin plywood.
Unfortunately I have not given it my spring cleaning yet but it cleans up great. For its age, it doesn't show it. Everything is in great shape. It is built on a heavy duty frame with a 3500 pound axle with brakes. It will tow all day long at 75 mph with no issues. I probably have 20,000 miles on it. It does have air conditioning, DC battery and lights and limited AC. Lots of storage including a cabinet large enough to use as a small porta potty room.
This has been a hard decision to sell since I did build it myself and a lot of love went into it.
We are moving up to a larger TT.
